All-in-one open-source product analytics you can run on your own servers — analytics, session replay, feature flags and A/B testing in one package.

James Hawkins and Tim Glaser founded the company in 2020 via Y Combinator with a clear angle: the same features as Mixpanel and Amplitude, but MIT-licensed and self-hostable so sensitive user data never leaves the building. Under the hood they switched early to the ClickHouse column store to cope with event volumes.

The product has sprawled into a wider toolbox — session replay, feature flags, surveys, error tracking — and markets itself openly as a replacement for a whole stack of separate SaaS subscriptions. It prices on events used, not per seat.
