Founded in 2015 by Amit Bendov and Eilon Reshef, with engineering in Israel. The product hooks into Zoom meetings, telephony and email, transcribes everything and layers analysis on top: which topics came up, who talked most, which deals are at risk of going quiet. Sales managers no longer had to rely on whatever the reps chose to type into the CRM.
The company rode the surge of interest in sales analytics to a valuation of around seven billion dollars in 2021. Its closest rivals are Outreach and Salesloft, which attack the same problem from the workflow side.
