Número entero sin decimales — int, int32, int64, BigInt.
Con 32 bits se llega a ~2.000 millones; con 64 bits, a ~9 trillones. El overflow provoca wrap-around (fuente clásica de bugs). JS solo tuvo double durante mucho tiempo, hasta que llegó BigInt en 2020. Para dinero y tiempo: usa enteros (céntimos, microsegundos), no floats.
