_NET_MOVERESIZE_WINDOW
The EWMH message that lets a pager or tool ask the window manager to move and resize someone else's window, without touching it directly.
The sender posts a ClientMessage to the root window, naming the target window and carrying five data fields. The first packs together the gravity and flag bits saying which of x, y, width and height are actually set, plus a source indication: 1 for ordinary applications, 2 for pagers and other tools acting on the user's direct instruction. The remaining four fields hold the values.
Why not just call ConfigureWindow? Because the window manager would then see an ordinary configure request with no idea who asked, and because coordinates are interpreted differently depending on frames and gravity. Not to be confused with _NET_WM_MOVERESIZE, which starts an interactive move with the mouse. This is the non-interactive version — what wmctrl -e sends.
