Hewlett-Packard's Unix from 1984 — a System V descendant still keeping Itanium mainframes alive.

HP-UX is HP's own flavour of Unix, built on System V and first released in 1984. It was aimed at heavy enterprise workloads and ran on HP's own hardware — first PA-RISC, later Itanium.

The system became known for features like logical volume management, the SAM admin tool, and long uptimes in mission-critical settings — banks, telecom, manufacturing. As proprietary Unixes faded in favour of Linux, HP-UX held on longer than most; HPE has promised support well into the 2020s. One of the last proprietary Unixes still breathing.
