A CDN born to stream tanks that later discovered the GPU cloud.
Started in 2014 as G-Core Labs with one concrete job: deliver World of Tanks and more from game studio Wargaming to players worldwide at low latency. That foundation grew into a full CDN with DDoS protection, edge nodes and cloud.
In recent years Gcore has leaned hard into GPU capacity for AI training and inference — the same move several edge providers are making as compute drifts closer to the user. It's headquartered in Luxembourg, with KeyCDN a neighbour in the low-cost CDN corner while Akamai owns the top.
