The ISO 20022 message in which a bank itemises what it charged you for, line by line and service by service.

The name is BankServicesBillingStatement. It covers a period's fees: payment volumes, account maintenance, liquidity services, interest on balances and any taxes on top. Each service can carry a standard service code, in the US usually the codes maintained by the AFP, so the same thing is called the same thing at every bank. There it replaces the older ANSI X12 822 account analysis format.

For a multinational with thirty-odd banks, bank fees are a cost line of their own, and they have long been audited with PDF invoices and spreadsheets. A machine-readable format makes it possible to compare banks and catch charges that do not match the contract. That banks are in no hurry to adopt it is not a coincidence.
